After a cold six month break the finishing touches are being done to the bike.
Phil and the team would like to say a massive thanks to all those who have helped out, and in particular to all the companies and individuals who have again generously offered support for this season.
The team will be heading to Croft, Nr Darlington for the test day on Friday prior to the first two rounds of the 2010 Derby Phoenix 751-1300 Championship (Saturday and Sunday 27-28th March).
For those who wish to come and support us, and brave the north east, we look forward to seeing you at the weekend.
Cheers
Phil & Lou

FANTASY RIDERS: ROUND 1

The league table after the first round of the Jagger Racing Fantasy Riders 2010 League can be seen above (click image to enlarge). Last season's top managers have started well, with reigning champion Graham and third-placed Stuart leading the way on 68 points.
The long awaited first race of the 2010 WSB season from Phillip Island did not disappoint. Suzuki's Leon Haslam lead the race from pole position to the chequered flag, claiming the fastest lap along the way. Ducati's Michel Fabrizio tailed Haslam all race long but was pushed into second by just four thousandths of a second! His team-mate Noriyuki Haga settled for third place.
Race two was another tight affair, with the Suzuki pairing of Haslam and Sylvain Guintoli trading the lead until the final lap. Althea Ducati rider Carlos Checa was then able to make a break to take his first win of the season. Haslam settled for second place and the early championship lead. Fabrizio again made the podium in third place and took second in the championship standings.
Round 2 of the Jagger Racing Fantasy Riders 2010 League takes place on 28th March as the WSB championship continues at Portimão in Portugal. See the Fantasy Riders website for the team changes deadline.

The 2010 Season starts soon.....
As the season start draws ever closer, the preparations are underway.
The race entries are in, the test days are booked and the bike is not too far from being ready. We just need to get rider racing fit and we're good to go.
The 2010 season dates have been confirmed, published and we would welcome anyone of you joining us at any of the meetings throughout the year. Cadwell is Phil's favourite but Anglesey is the most picturesque.
Keep checking for the soon to be re-launched website and of course, we will keep posting on the blog throughout the season.
Good luck Phil & hope to catch up with some of you soon.
Lou
PS: The Fantasy Riders 2010 competition has opened officially and we will shortly be setting up the Jagger Racing League table for the fifth year. So get choosing and register your teams in time for the first race meeting at Phillip Island in Australia on 26th - 28th February for the first round of the World Superbike Championship. THAT'S THIS WEEKEND FOLKS!
There are a number of changes to this years competition; some of the new features include the option to create 'Personal Leagues' with a Message Board function, 3 different game strategies and there'll be a 'Budget Boost' for everyone in June (exact date tba).
